Personally, I think the Eagle Passenger Lifter works very well, I have used it successfully a number of times on a regular flight. It is comfortable and discreet and removes the need for an aisle chair to get up the aisle. I think the Eagle Passenger Lifter is a great appliance and an asset to any airline adopts its use.
